This product is crafted from 4Cr steel, featuring an integrated design for exceptional strength and hardness. The blades are sharp, allowing for effortless cutting through bones and meat. The blade's thick back can also be used as a blunt instrument to break bones easily. Suitable for mincing beef bones, lamb ribs, chicken and duck bones.

Ergonomic full tang wooden handle holds comfortable and prevents from slippery effectively.
