F.Dick Fine Cut Round, 30cm blade length blue/black fine cut is perfect for straightening the cutting edge and removes little material from the knife blade. Due to the round blade shape of the sharpening steel, it has a low weight and is comfortable to guide. The knife only lies selectively on the sharpening steel blade. The blue-black handle consists of two different plastic components: a harder part that makes the handle stable and resistant and a softer part for comfortable and safe handling. The sharpening steel is made in Germany and has a blade length of 30 cm.
